Natural Language Processing Engineer

Surgical robotic procedures are becoming the standard of care for many surgical procedures. Surgeons need to be trained in an objective manner as to facilitate this massive switch towards robotic surgery. As Europe’s largest training centre for robotic surgery, Orsi is at the forefront of developing curricula to develop these very sought after surgical skills.

We use machine learning techniques to derive meaningful metrics from surgical videos, both in real operating theatres as well as at our centre in Melle. We are currently looking for a junior profile to help us in expanding these efforts under and assist surgeons for the better. We develop smart algorithms which analyse surgical videos as well as CT/MRI data to better guide surgery. As a training centre, we possess some of the largest datasets available, and of unseen size in scientific literature.
