With Master’s degrees in Business and Information Systems Engineering from KU Leuven, specializing in data science and finance, and in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School, Sean brings a strong analytical and strategic mindset to the Orsi Innotech team.
Before joining Orsi Innotech, he gained experience in private equity at Smile Invest and worked at Deloitte in the Merger & Acquisition Turnaround and Transformation team, where he guided organizations through financial restructuring and strategic transitions.
As Finance and Operations Manager, Sean oversees Innotech’s financial strategy and daily operations, ensuring that innovation is supported by a solid financial and organizational foundation. Driven by a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement, he aims to help Innotech grow as a financially robust and strategically agile organization—where innovation and impact go hand in hand.
