The Workshop AIS, organized by WallabyPhenox, offers advanced training for Senior Fellows and Junior Consultants on complex thrombectomy techniques and the management of ICAD using angioplasty and stenting approaches.

    • Radial access mechanical thrombectomy
    • Dealing with vertebral and common carotid artery origin disease
    • Approaches to tandem occlusions
    • Dealing with difficult clot
  • Recognition, diagnosis and treatment approaches for ICAD disease including
    • Angioplasty alone and antiplatelet therapy
    • Temporary stenting and antiplatelet therapy
    • Permanent stenting and antiplatelet therapy
    • Balloon mounted stenting and antiplatelet therapy
