Rien De Wachter is the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs (QARA) Manager at Orsi Innotech, bringing over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical device companies, ranging from large corporate environments to innovative start-ups.
With a strong focus on QARA, Rien is an expert in medical device regulations and quality management systems. She also has experience with information security, privacy and artificial intelligence management systems, supporting the development of robust and compliant organizational frameworks.
Rien holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and has extensive expertise in guiding medical products through regulatory pathways and certification processes.
Her main goal at Orsi Innotech is to successfully bring new medical products to market and ensure that the company’s management systems achieve the required certifications — building on proven experience from similar achievements in previous organizations.
