With a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Ghent University, Thibault first joined Orsi Academy during his master’s thesis, where he explored synthetic data generation in robot-assisted surgery. His work bridged technology and healthcare innovation, laying the foundation for his role today.
At Orsi Innotech, Thibault focuses on data flow optimization, management, and annotation processes—ensuring that surgical data is efficiently captured, organized, and ready to drive innovation. Leveraging his skills in AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision, he contributes to developing intelligent systems that advance the field of Surgical Data Science.
