Meet Timo, our AI Platform Engineer on the Orsi Innotech team!
At Orsi Innotech, Timo is responsible for engineering our AI platform, ensuring our machine learning models run efficiently, and orchestrating the complex data and model pipelines for both training and inference. He brings a strong background in code optimization, algorithm design, and model deployment from his previous roles.
Timo holds a Master of Science and PhD in Computer Science Engineering, focusing on data-efficient and generalisable deep learning for health-focused sensor systems. His doctoral research into building robust and efficient ML models, combined with his prior experience in computer vision, provides a strong foundation for the data and models our team works with. His technical expertise spans Python, C++, and key platform tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Driven by strong analytical skills and a collaborative spirit, Timo is a fantastic addition, ready to build the robust systems that power our AI innovations.
